I was impressed with the service and will use it again if I need to rent in the future. All the faults in the rental transaction were mine. (I got my train arrival time at Leeds Station wrong and thereby mucked up the rendez-vous.) Your staff were patient and helpful and the actual hire car was very acceptable.
