We rented a Fiat 500 which we dropped off in the same condition as it was in upon collection. The car was checked over and the condition verified by staff upon drop-off. We have subsequently found that 600 euros has been deducted from our credit card and, inspite of numerous attempts over the past month, we've been unable to find out the reason for the charge or get any response at all. No way of contacting them by phone either! We paid for insurance and excess in case of damage, so there is absolutely no reason why this charge should have been made.
Avoid this company at all costs- do not get drawn in by the seemingly cheap deals offered. They are not to be trusted!
