Beware of Niza Cars - check car carefully before hiring it!

We have just come back from Malaga. We returned our hire car at 9.30 pm. The car was inspected by an employee. She ran her fingers over the car and found two small marks on the wing mirror. She said they were scratches. We couldn't see them without a torch. They were about 2 cm long. She said they were not there before. We didn't have photos and nor were we shown around the car before driving it away. We had only travelled to and from the airport and to various beaches and had had not contact with other cars as far as we were aware. The marks did not look as if they were made by two wing mirrors connecting with each other. We ended up paying €105 (the minimum they could charge for damage apparently) and, as other reviewers have said, we were told we should have taken their extra insurance. The employee was rude and we didn't have time to argue as we had a plane to catch. I would NOT recommend this company at all. We took photos of the "damage" and will be pursuing this with them, but no doubt will not be reimbursed. Please stay away from this company. This seems to be an all too common practice by them.
