Sad, they must catch so many people.
Ask what you are being charged before you leave on returning the car, or you will be in for a surprise about six days after you arrive home and check your credit card account.
When you have been overcharged do not bother to contact them. They will promise to sort out the mistake but never do so ....................
Harass your bank, that's what I did.
After writhing to the bank a few times, They eventually paid me £86 compensation.
I don't care where it comes from I wanted my money back.
I did not realize the company had charged me for insurance, 12 days extra insurance in fact. I hired the car for 20 days.
It's their policy to charge for - Refueling - I expected 60 Euros but was charged a lot more
