We have used EDI for many visits to the Alicante area. The family run business is always exceptionally helpful. Their pricing is honest - no extras on the day, what they quote is what you pay. No long wait at the airport in queues to collect keys and fill out forms, just a quick and efficient handover at the airport public parking area. Recommended to many of our holiday home renters too, and everyone always happy with the service they received.

I would recommend Edi to anyone, particularly if you've been ripped off by other car rental cos or stood in long queues waiting for your car or had to travel miles from the airport to pick it up, or been constantly worried you may have missed a scratch when you picked it up that will cost you when you return it. These people are very very good, honest, helpful and reliable. You pick up your car in the airport car park, sign for it and in 5 minutes you're on your way. Brilliant!

A great company. The cars are reasonably priced and in great condition. No hidden extras or money upfront. The best thing is no queuing for the cars - they meet you in the car park and sort out the paperwork and payment at the car itself. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Good value. Fantastic service as someone was there to greet us at the airport and take us up in the lift to car park with car. Responded within a couple of hours when I emailed with a query whilst in Spain. Great value hire with great service. Really easy booking via email and very helpful in booking process responding to questions. HUGE Bonus that you can insure a second driver for free. Easy drop off back to car park. No hanging around and waiting.

An excellent hire company that we had hired 5 cars from for our family holiday. The cars were available in the car park so straight off the plane into our hire cars so no long ques. Prices were really cheap and no hidden extras as all included within the price. The hire cars were very clean and I had the 7 seater which was comfortable and a pleasure to drive. The drop off was easy too and didnt have to wait for a final inspection.I had an accident on the first day but everything was sorted within a day. The service and communication was excellent and will definitely use again. Thank you EDI for a professional and wonderful service that made our holiday run smoothly.

EDI provided a great car rental service. We were met at the airport and shown to the car promptly, with the child seats we needed already installed. The paperwork took no time at all (unlike the larger car rental companies) and would definitely recommend EDI over any other provider.

Used EDI for the first time this May to hire a people carrier. Shall definitely use going forward. None of the pain of regular airport car hire companies, no hidden charges, no fighting to get your exorbitant deposit back(there isn't one!) and very simple collection and drop off within the airport car park. would like to compliment this company in the way they conduct their business and make the entire process of renting a car simple and stress free , Simple and easy to follow instructions to find your contact who takes you to your car , and then takes payment after your brief inspection of vehicle ( which was very clean and tidy) and explains where to return the vehicle. The big plus is NO pressure into having to take out extra insurance and the que you find yourself very often in the airport arrival hall waiting at the rental desk Would definately recommend EDI RENT A CAR.

Excellent communication. brilliant prices, both cars were in great condition clean, safe and ready to be picked up at Alicante airport, We hired a 7 seater and a 4 seater as we were a large family group with 2 babies. We arrived on a late flight and both cars were parked in designated bays which were easy to access both fitted with car seats as requested and with all required documents inside so we were able to get on our way quickly. On day of return we just dropped them back to designated bays locked them up and went on our way. Brilliant all round, no fuss sercice. They will be our go to place for all car hire when we return to Alicante.

I have been using EDI Alicante for a few years now - always nervous of car hire company horror stories - but not with EDI. The process is simple, hassle free and reasonably priced. The team are great to deal with - great to be able to converse in English and nothing is a hassle for them. Ive never once been let down or disappointed in any way. Its fab to be able to get off the plane and know you'll have no more worries with regards to the car or the worry after drop off that you'll be charged for something crazy!! highly recommended.
