This is our second time of renting and both have been great experiences and particularly the second time as they have all the details from the previous rental so was super quick. We had always rented at the airport previously because of the horror stories of "of airport" renters but we have never had any problems with Drivalia and particularly the shuttle bus and rental desk staff are very helpful.
Both of the rental cars we had were clean, tidy, low milage and well looked after.
The fully inclusive price is transparent with no requests for additional money for insurance upgrades etc at the desk. Just remember take it back with a full tank (although the service cost to let them re-fuel is actually very low compared to the competition) I think they give you option to pre-buy your tank of fuel if you prefer to do this.
Very pleased and will certainly be using them again.
