My experience with Drivalia was faultless, the staff were friendly polite and helpful, the car they gave me was an upgrade on what I had booked. Their cars are full of fuel when you pick them up and you return them full, simple ! There are fuel stations near the airport so this arrangement is ideal.
As far as I am concerned, this now is my car hire company.
A word of advice, if your booking with drivalia, make sure you are booking direct on their website, that way you'll have the same experience that I had.
