We travel to Spain 5 times a year and will not use any other car hire company, also we always book through an agent (such as hirecarsinspain) as that seems to get an even cheaper deal. There is always a transfer bus waiting at the airport stand and a minimum of 2 if not 3 people at the hire car booking in desk unlike most of the best price deal offices in the airport where we have many times wanted at least an hour! Good, fairly new cars, with every tiny mark recorded on the hire documents plus this last car 11 October to 22 October ie 11 days cost me a few pence over 25 quid. Now for the not so good bits, as usual, if you don't want the rip off full insurance, you get a sum of money blocked, that is held in obeyance but not actually deducted from your card. Now in the case of Drivalia it's a whopping thousand euros so you obviously have to have a good credit card or make sure there's enough left on it!! And last but not least they do not have a branch at Murcia airport and we use that airport through the summer months while It is open.
Booked out again to Alicante end November and again end January 2016 and will again use Drivalia
