Best car hire for Majorca

My partner is from Palma originally, so we spend a lot of time in Majorca. We were fed up with being ripped off by each of the car hire companies, so we are so glad to have discovered Drivalia. We used GoldCar, OK Rent-a-Car (the two worst) as well as RecordGo, Hyper and another I can't recall the name of. Most companies seem to have adopted the rip-off fuel policies (don't go for anything other than Full to Full) and also can be agressive and rude when you refuse the extra insurance cover (even though I explain to them I have an annual policy with Questor). It's not very nice to arrive on holiday and have to be prepared to argue with someone. Drivalia was a very pleasant experience. They have the option to include Full to Full, and when offered the insurance the lady asked if we already had cover and was very polite and understanding when we declined. You get the impression that the staff care about the customer. The experience is world's apart of the horrors of OK and GoldCar who I would NEVER use again (OK staff are just plain rude and GoldCar even randomly charged my card for nothing and getting it refunded was a nightmare!). It may be slightly more than its competitors, but by the time they have slapped on 'refuelling fees' and anything else they fancy, it won't work out much different.
