My family have used Drivalia for the last few times we have required a care in alacante we have never had an issue any minor problems we have had were quickly and painlessly resolved. The staff are always very helpful and we always feel we are in full understNding of what is going on. The price quoted is always the price I pay, never had any surprise or hidden costs there is always extras available that will cost more eg insurance options etc but I have always been well informed by the staff about them and have an choice. Over all stress free car rental will be seeing Drivalia guys next time for sure !
