Simple, efficient & friendly service

My experience relates to my car rental at Alicante airport.
Immediately outside the terminal building I was met by the collection bus (no waiting for the bus) and driven for 5 minutes to the car compound. The driver was dressed smartly, friendly and helpful with my bags. As he drove to the compound he gave clear directions on how to return to the compound when I returned the car at the end of the rental period.
At the compound, the paperwork formalities were completed quickly by a very friendly person. I was offered a map of the locality, which I declined because I felt that I knew my way around from the previous instructions I had already been given,
The car was very clean, albeit it had a few minor scratches on it.
The car drove very well during the rental period.
The return process was equally quick and simple as the pick up process, and I did not have to wait for the transfer bus back to the airport.
Overall I was very pleased with Drivalia.
