Very professional service

Following a traumatic car hire experience last year we found this year to be a less harrowing experience. We were given clear instructions on how to collect the car when we booked on line. Rather than waiting for hours in a queue within the airport we had a 5 minute walk to the bus depot where we were collected by a very friendly driver in the shuttle bus. Five minutes later we were at the Drivalia Centre. A helpful lady sorted out the car hire with us and off we went. The car we hired was a Kia Ceed it was relatively new and very clean. Dropping the car off at the end of the holiday was also a breeze and the whole process took about 10 minutes. In an ideal world it would be great if you didn't have to pay the inflated cost for filling the car up with fuel but there are very few companies that do not have this policy. On the whole this was a great experience and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.
