I returned the car well before it was due and flew back home (from Turin to London). They charged me for an extra day (126 euros) claiming that I did not return it on time. I e-mailed them back asking them to check with their staff and showing that I had a flight back at 10 a.m. They did not get back to my e-mail. I'm still in communication with the company that I booked with (Rentalcars) and they're trying to get my money back but Locauto keep coming up with new requests.

Stay away from them and don't be deceived by the low daily rate because they rip you off with additional insurance and charge you for additional days.
