AVOID!

1000 extra euros charge without my approval.

First deception came when I realised I would not get the mercedes class B or similar I paid for, beeing given the last car on the parking (that they said) mentionning I even got an upgrade! - a shinny Fiat 500 L - ... I'm not too fussy but come on do not call it an upgrade alright?!! no offense to Fiat but please send me docs where you see the entry price for a Mercedes class B is the same as the price for a fiat 500 L - Anyway... it's late we just arrive atthe airport "it's Inspection time" - lasted about 2 mins on their dark parking, car was patchy full or dirt and leaves... the conditions to inspect the vehicule were very poor it's late and we have our place to check in Roma, keys in go...

I managed to be the only driver in Italy to not have a single accident during these 15 days rental, car spent most of its time in expensive private parkings.

I bring th car back at the end of the rental, it's Inspection time again, this time they spend a lot more time around the car... "please Mr could you come and check this" what?? 2 nano, micro, tiny bumps I wish I could show them here but imagine 2 mosquito bites in an apple and that's it, I have a very good eyesight and even I struggled to see them - I then understood they'd do anything to charge for more - these nano bumps were probably there already 15 days earlier when I picked up the vehicule and they know they would get me on this 15 days later as the car was very dirty at pick up time and those bumps were ridiculously tiny it was absolutely impossible to detect (note that because the car was dirty there was no way they could have seen or had the time to notice these too, but probably did even earlier)

This is why they are CHEAP, you will not get the car you paid for and it will COST YOU MUCH MUCH MORE

They will not get away with this, they stole my money but the insurer's too... and it's not going to be the same story.
