overcharge, hidden costs, terrible service

I booked a car for 3 days in Sicily for €89,- before to complete bCollingwood out that I need to pay €30.- for "protezione completta". So I paid €two.-
When we came to take a car the receptionist (terrible service) told that we should take a KASKO cuz car could be stolen (??????) I 've been working as a guide in Sicily and my agency was working.g with Avis and Eurocar, myself I rented many cars to my tourists and NEVER EVER HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT STLEN CARS FROM AGENCIES. well, it was another €70.- for 3 days. So hat the hell is "protezione completta"? Well The next hidden charge was on 1 Way Charge, as we left the car in other town. In reservation it was 57 euros but in reality it was 70 because they did not mentioned VAT. Such a ridiculous service. When we gave away that car in Milazzo the girl from reception did not even locked it (remember "high risk of stolen cars?")
she promised that security deposit 400euros will be unblocked in 48 hours. It was week ago and they still hold
DO Nholds the money. When wrote an email they wrote back an email.that we should read again the agreement and basically did not want to assist. NOT DO NOT USE MAGGIORE, USE SOME DECENT COMPANY WHICH DOES NOT PRACTIS HIDDEN CHARGEs UP TO 40 PERCENT OF TOTAL COSTS!!!
