Unhelpful and unfriendly staff.
We had to an additional insurance otherwise we would have had to leave a 1800 Euro guarantee although we already paid for that insurance in Germany.
They do not care about the customer. They are only interested in making some extra money! Stay away from them!

Billiger-mietwagen.de please drop this company! You can't rust them!
