@Brindisi airport, 8 days rent. Standard check in procedure with a couple of good points: no queue, no hard selling of extra insurance, quick procedure. Good car, Fiat 500L, one segment higher than my choice.
Very bad experience at car return: unpleasant employees and i was asked for 150€ extra to wash the car because there was too much sand in there. I drove to the nearest Oil Station and with 1€ (one Euro, yes...) it was ok.
