I have booked many different cars through DFCH and always had a first class experience. Excellent rates, very professional helpful owners and staff, and no quibble if prices fall, just amend or change your booking and a refund comes back within a few days. I have recommended many fellow Brits to DFCH who travel to America, (mainly Orlando), and everyone has been so glad that I did! I always prefer to book through Alamo, If your booking is for 30 days or less, you can take advantage of the "Skip the Counter" facility which means you can go straight to the garage and choose your car, you DO NOT have to wait in long queues in the airport! (Always a benefit, especially if you have travelled with young children)! First complete all your details online on the Alamo website or app, in the "Accelerated Check In" section. This includes driving license details of all drivers, this then allows you to complete the "Skip the Counter" section. Either print off or download to your wallet the "Skip the Counter Ticket" which you show on exit. A great time saver. Wishing DFCH continued success for a fantastic service.

I've booked with the team at Discount Florida Car Hire (DFCH) many times when travelling from UK to Orlando, USA. Prices include fully inclusive car insurance, free cancellation & if price reduces after making a booking then you can amend the booking & receive refund. The website not only allows us to search prices for different vehicle size/group but also different rental company (Alamo/Hertz/Budget etc). Their website also has many great links & lots of useful information. I have lost count how many times I've recommended DFCH on Facebook and to friends travelling to USA.

Having used this company for a number of years I woukdmt go anywhere else for car hire. He offers a superb service, quick to answer any questions and will always get you the best price. Highly recommended!

I've not even started my holiday and this company requires a 5* rating. They have been so kind and helpful, answering any queries within a matter of minutes and have saved me a small fortune (which is a bonus as the holiday is costing a fortune lol!). I'll write another review once I've returned from my holiday but for all you folks out there, this is the best value car hire company in the USA that I have ever come across and well worth a visit to their website.

We have used their service several times and can not speak so highly .Particularly in the booking form indicates clearly everything is paid for including a photo showing the invoice and a warning to watch out how agents gain extra commission. Prompt and efficient.

Discount Florida Car Hire was recommended to me. They provide an outstanding service and could not be beaten on price when compared against all the major hire companies for my trip to the US. I contacted them when I noticed that prices were falling and not only did they beat the price online but I also upgraded the car and still got a refund on my initial hire. I would not hesitate to use them again.

5* doesnt seem enough... He was so helpful as this was our first trip to Florida. When we booked the prices were quite high but when they dropped i was able to get a refund for the balance. We went for the standard SUV with alamo and got the "skip the counter" which was very easy to use and much quicker . We also hired a satnav which was handy but luckily the car also ha a satnav. it was a little chaotic chosing the car as theres no queue and you just jump in the one you want, we choose the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Leather seats, sunroof, and it drove like a dream ! we also had the nissan but it wasnt as good but as it had 7 seats we used it more than the jeep. He was a great help, 10/10 !

We hired a 7 seater Ford Explorer from Alamo at the Walt Disney Car Care Center for our trip last month to Orlando in August 2022. All smooth sailing and no issues. Great staff at Alamo too. Having just returned from a family holiday in Orlando, I wanted to thank DFCH for the professional service which they provided in dealing with my car hire and SatNav rental. The service from the initial enquiry, to picking up and returning the car was superb and some free advice was given too which was appreciated. Hiring a a SatNav also provided a significant saving which was appreciated on a holidya which was costly to say the least! Thanks to everyone for their help and I will return.

We hired a car at short notice for a last minute holiday to Florida in June. We used Discount Florida Car hire where the booking was easy, and cheaper, than the Alamo website. A comprehensive website gave us all the information we wanted. We liked it so much we are going again in February and will certainly be hiring from this company.

We hired a car in April for our first family trip to Florida & we couldn't recommend Discount Florida Car Hire enough! They made the whole process so easy & hassle free. Their customer service is second to none & their prices were fantastic! We will certainly be recommending them & plan to use them again for our future trips :)

Was a bit worried hiring a car through third party, but the service that we received was second to none. We hired a 15 seater minibus, the online check in was so much easier as we had previously been before and queued which takes a long time but was advised to go straight to the garage and pick any of the vehicles in the block which was fab. The price was good and we had 4 people insured on platinum insurance and a full tank of fuel included. The person I dealt with was very helpful, made the hole transition very easy and would definitely book through the company again and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a car when in Florida.

We hired a full size car for three weeks, took the sat nav option at £15 Sat nav turned up a few days before we went, car from alamo was clean and tidy. sat nav worked perfectly as we were travelling around Florida quite a bit. Would definately recommend and would use again
