I have rented a car from them last month. I had a very bad experience. I have travel in many places aroung the world and this is the worst car rental company on the planet.

1. the price which I received on the internet was $300 and I end up paying $700 with the insurance which they made me pay.
2. I had a nice car and clean.
3. When I returned the car to them, the agent checked it everything was fine, and he ask me to wait for him he will park the car and come back. He came back and told me that there is a scratch on the car. I told him that it is not possible. So them made me sign papers which I did not want to. The guy KUNAL BANGIA needs more customer skills because I have never encoutered a person so rude. Then he told me that they will do an estimate and will tell me the cost that I have to pay. I was shocked because why do I have to pay for something that their agent did?? When I asked him about the Insurance I paid, he said that it does not cover this. I asked him the insurance company number and he told me that I do not have to know because it between me and zoomrental. (they do not insure the car the money goes in their pocket.)
After a week they have charged my credit card with $750 for a 6cms scratch. The scratch is not a deep one and can be buff. I called him to tell him how can he do that without informing me. He said that he has the right because I gave the my C.Card. The work on the car was not done as it is an estimate and asked him when will it be done do that I am sure that the money I have paid does not go in their pocket. He said that Thats not my problem when they will have time they will do it or maybe never.

I talked to the manager and he make you think that he will look into the matter but no he gave me a discount which is so low that I think is ridiculous.

So when we give our c.card number to them it becomes their property. The charge it when they like. When I told the guy that I will write a review, he said that he don't care because everyone will have an experience with them first. Because normally people who read comments does not trust people who write them. I do not suggest people to rent car with them. Pay a little high but get value for money.
