“Poor customer service”

Ordered a cover for my ford focus with the additional number protector flap. The boot liner part is fine but after just 2 months the flap has ripped despite being designed to prevent damage by a dog jumping into the car. Two emails and two phone calls later, my very reasonable approach for a resolution has been ignored. Appalling. (read more)

Ordered a boot liner for Volvo XC60, through an agent (TowEquipe) it arrived quicker than expected but I was disapointed with the fit. The liner was slightly undersized so had a tendency to pull the Velchro fixings from the sides. Contacted TowEquipe who were pretty much useless (slow replies and no action!) eventually I was told that the templates were digital and that nothing could be done!! “Poor Service and Info”

Mercedes boot liner ordered after requesting information about fittings. No mention that adhesive velcro had to be applied to the car for fitting. Bumper flap does not fully protect the whole length of the bumper. Very expensive for what it is. Placed order at same time as car and the car was manufactured and shipped from Germany and delivered and I still had a three week wait for the boot liner. No information from TITAN.
