“Disappointing after sales service”

I bought two Ring RSC516 Smartcharger. These are a fantastic piece of kit. It does what t says on the box. However, I attached mine to the battery under the bonnet of my car and closed the said bonnet. I returned the following day and opened the bonnet. Unfortunately it had been raining during the night and a few drips got on to the Smartcharger. Needless to say this didn't do the charger much good.
