DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS SO HAD TO BUY ELSEWHERE. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR PHONE TO REQUEST A REFUND. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL BUT AGAIN NOT HEARD ANYTHING. ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS****

They recommended a part based on my vehicle reg. item didn’t fit when it arrived. I’ve emailed them multiple times. Never got a response. Never get them on the phone. Dodgy company. Think I’ll go to the radio stations.

Absolutely shocking service from Carparts 4 less. Ordered a shock absorber and never received any proof of order. Shock absorber stated as in stock online, purchased it and was then told it was not in stock and would take an additional 10 days. Waited and waited and still no response, chased again and was told it would be another 10 days as they still couldn't get hold of one. This lasted for four weeks, I then spoke to an advisor who said the part had come in stock and it would be shipped within the week. Surprise surprise it did not arrive, chased again and they said I had been misinformed (so I'd get off the phone) and that it would be an additional 10 days. During this time my suspension collapsed and started burning the tyre as well, cost me a fortune to repair the whole front suspension and had to get a new tyre fitted. Eventually I gave up with Carparts4less and went direct to Ford, they supplied me with the shock absorber the following day and only charged me an extra £10 for a genuine part. The overall customer service was horrendous; they were rude, unhelpful and lied to me on several occasions. I now have to start the legal process to sue them for the repairs on my car. Also tried their sister company Euro Car Parts, asked for a wiper and a wheel detailer. They gave me the wrong wiper and a puncture repair kit. Will either be going to Halfords in future for small bits and back to Ford for everything else.

Good prices & quick delivery but...…… When they supply the wrong part your chances of getting your money back is next to none. It has happened to me twice. Gets lots of reaction when complain, they promise the earth but give back nothing. Must shop with great care. Probably better to use a local supplier with face to face contact.

Incorrect parts were supplied by this company, and it has proved impossible to contact anyone easily. After a 45 minute wait on the telephone I was told last week that someone would contact me regarding collecting the incorrect parts and redelivery of the correct item, but I have heard nothing and now cannot contact them. I will be referring to trading standards and posting on social media. Their website says they are experiencing an unusual level of contacts and cannot reply promptly - maybe they should be asking WHY they are experiencing so many calls etc. I certainly won't use them again, assuming they are still trading.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed by phone an order for a radiator which was in stock, part nos:203660600 on Thurs 15th March and it still hasn't arrived after 11 working days. The money £63.94 was taken from my bank on Fri 16th. I have sent 4 emails and no replies, I have spent hours and hours trying to phone them with no luck and have spent 7hrs 40mins unsuccessfully on Live Chat having to reconnect 7 times. To make it worse I luckily after 25mins yesterday (28th) got through to a Customer Service person who said the part had not yet been dispatched after 14 days (10 working days) and promised she would put this right by having the part delivered today by my local Euro Car Parts. This never happened so I visited Euro Car Parts and they said that they had not spoken to anyone from CarParts4Less and so I ended up buying another radiator from them as it is now the bank holiday weekend and so the possible earliest I would see the radiator would be next Tuesday 20 days after I order it. The Customer Service lady promised to email the order/delivery note to me as I have never received one, promised to refund my delivery fees and promised to phone me at 10.00am today to let me know that the part was going to be delivered. Her 4 promises never happened. I am totally disgusted with this company. I have emailed them to cancel my order but don't hold much hope in a response. PLEASE REFUND ME MY £63.94

Ordered 2 windscreen wipers received only one. Tried to phone .spent half hour on phone trying to contact .have up. Would not recommend you worst enemy.

THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've spent two full afternoons on hold trying to get through to someone to return an item due to their error. These people promised to send a courier to collect between 9am and 5pm. Waited in all day, but didn't turn up! I've tried ringing again numerous times, spent hours on hold......no answer. I've sent numerous emails.......no response! Will have to take them to small claims court to recover my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered CV boot kits for my daughter Mini R50. Took a week to arrive and when the package was opened I found one of the boxes inside covered in oily finger prints.When opened the CV boot had obviously been used. It was covered in grease, the two clamps were stretched and bent out of shape and the replacement driveshaft nut and 'C' clip were missing. I contacted Carparts4less within 10 minutes of receiving my delivery, by email,and supplied photos of the package. Two days later they replied saying that I had to return the item before replacing it. My daughter car had already been off the road for a week waiting for these items so I told them to stuff it and I wasn't going to wait for them to sort this out as my daughter needed her car for work. Poor customer service for a £10 part. Suffice to say I wouldn't recommend this company and won't be using them again.

ordered parts on 10 December .after waiting a month and about 20 phone calls to chase order up AND 20 FALSE PROMISES TO PHONE ME BACK they told me today 9th January that order has been cancelled .due to parts not been available .wouldn't be so bad but its a customers car and he's waiting for it back.as a business i order quite a few parts from them and eurocarparts but i feel like boycotting them after this SO ANGRY

placed an order at 2pm tuesday & still not arrived by the following monday will not be using these again , really bad service should have gone shop myself , terrible .

Purchased an induction kit and the box was completely battered upon arrival; item had clearly been used as there were oil marks on it as well as the paperwork; and the foam bit that comes with it had the sticky protector bit removed?! I called them to resolve ASAP and they requested email communication with images to which I provided. Awaiting a response. Disgusted though how a "reputable" company can advertise something as new and then something like this slips through the net?! Why would an item like this even be on the shelf for distribution to customers?! I definitely will not be using these guys again - 1st experience and most definitely the last.

On 6th April 2017 I purchased a car battery online from CarParts4Less paid for by credit card.  They have taken the payment from my card but no battery arrived. When I contacted them on 12th April by email they said "thank you for your email, i do apologise it has appeared that your order has got stuck in the system What we can do is cancel this and void the money or make a new order for you Again i do apologise about this". I asked for my money back but they have not done so. I have contacted them a number of times by email and letter. On the 25th May they replied by email "Good Morning thank you for your email, i have contacted our cashier who has confirmed that after 30 days the money will automatically go back into your account, there won't be any transaction but i can confirm that we no longer have your money i do apologise about this Kind regards, Customer Service Team Car Parts 4 Less 0203 788 7845" I have still not received my refund. I'm not sure what they mean by "there won't be any transaction but i can confirm that we no longer have your money".  If they refund my money surely there must be a transaction.

This is basically Euro Car Parts T/A CarParts4less, selling at trade price to the public, being in the trade I can assure you this does not impress their trade customers! I ordered a couple of suspension links, paid for 2/3 day delivery, got email from their courier (DHL) confirming delivery date. Next morning (Sat) got another email from courier saying they would deliver today, waited in all day, no delivery. Checked DHL's tracking information says parcel delivered, requested online proof of signature, not available. Ring carparts4less on the Monday, courier has chucked them over the back gate of the wrong address. I needed the parts urgently so cancelled the order and requested a refund, sourced the parts from my local motor factor. Now over a week down the line, still no refund. I am informed by customer service (I use the term very loosely) that they won't refund until the courier confirms they have retrieved the parts back. I can only assume that The Sale of Goods and Services Act does not apply to them. My contract is with them not the courier, they have not supplied the parts in a timely fashion, therefore they are in breach of contract. In a nutshell "THEY ARE ABOSULTLEY USELESS, DO NOT USE THEM".

Disgusting customer service. Ordered alternator and paid for next day delivery as due to be going on holiday after 2 days and needed my car fixed. I got an email around 11.30am the morning of (supposed) delivery to say the item had been dispatched I contacted them to find out what was happening and they informed me then that the item had only just been dispatched due to a mix up their end and wouldn't be here until the day after. I received no contact from them to inform me and, had I not contacted them myself, would have been sat waiting for something that would not have arrived and would have had to delay my holiday. I cancelled the order there and then and was told I would be issued a refund. I managed to find an alternator elsewhere and get a friend to collect it for me (luckily, but using the last bit of cash I had). Roll forward to today (Wednesday) and I receive a refund...for the next day delivery! Call them AGAIN to be told that they couldn't contact the courier and it's out for delivery so the refuse the delivery and the money will be refunded to me when it gets returned to them...maybe Friday. Again, no contact to be informed of this. So I have now had to borrow money from a friend to get my babies milk, nappies and petrol to go on holiday. Terrible contact from customer service (ie non existent). May be good prices but not worth it if you are having to pay again for something that they have failed to deliver. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN
