I purchased a battery on the carparts4less website. An email was sent the next day saying the item could not be shipped as they payment has been declined. I then contacted my bank who said the payment has been sent. Carparts4less didnt want to know so they now have £75 of my money and are un willing to send me the item I purchased. If they continue to be like this then I will be seeking legal action.

Take my advice and AVOID. The company seems to use the same set up as Euro Car Parts.

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

having a similar problem!!!!!!!! the battery never arrived n they have taken my money, i asked for my money back and they have not given to me yet. its been from the 13th of jan 2012 til now.
