Looked for a product like this for weeks and read all the reviews and decided to go for the Blackvue DR650GW-2CH front and rear Full HD Wi-Fi and the Power Magic Pro this is a well made piece of kit and I am having it fitted on Monday 11th August and I will give another review then but so far Blackvue Shop are one of the best company's I have ever dealt with, Quick to reply to e-mails, even better customer service they went out of their way to accommodate my order and I would recommend them to anyone. If only all company's were as good as Blackvue shop and LMK distribution UK. A very happy customer.

After looking on the Internet for UK Blackvue dash cam providers I decided to go with Blackvueshop (LMK Distribution UK) to preorder my Blackvue DR650GW-2CH from. The fact that the are an authorised distributor (I checked on the manufacturer's website) gave me confidence that the product was not a grey import and came with full warranty. My emails to sales regarding lead time have always be answered promptly and within 24 hours. My product was dispatched on time via Royal Mail special delivery (I paid extra for next day delivery) and was well packaged. Fitting in my vehicle caused me a slight cabling issue, a phone call to Blackvueshop and I spoke with Mark. Who was polite and very helpful and provided a solution above and beyond what I expected service wise. Would buy from Blackvue shop again and would recommend them to my friends if they're in the market for a quality dash cam. Good price and excellent service!

I did my research into various cameras and also to ensure I only ordered from the UK AUTHORISED BLACKVUE DEALER - blackvueshop.co.uk - I even went to the extent of calling Pittasoft. This is currently the only UK dealer who can give a direct and full warranty service on BlackVue cameras. I decided on the DR550GW-2CH and wanted to be sure that there would be no issues fitting it to a 2012 BMW with keyless ignition and stop/start. I called BlackVueShop and spoke to the team there who were very helpful in answering my questions. They were also very quick to respond to email enquiries. The ordering process is very easy and delivery was very quick. The manufacturer's box containing the camera was very well protected with bubblewrap and securely wrapped to ensure there could be no damage. Fitting the camera was relatively easy with the instruction manual. BlackVueShop also have an online forum where you can get information directly from the team or from other users - even before you buy. It's early days as I have only just fitted the camera but I certainly could not fault the ordering process / delivery and service to date.

Having purchased a BlackVue DR400G II over 3 years ago which has given excellent service, it was great to be able to buy a spare window glue fixed mount at a sale price in order to transfer the camera to a new vehicle without damage. Prompt delivery with advice of dispatch. = Great service.
