I was looked after by Alex King. The process was relatively straightforward and I felt that the deal I agreed with Alex was a fair one.
The car was prepared for collection within the timescale agreed and Alex was very attentive when it came to explaining the workings of the car to my Mother who is 79 years old - I was particularly appreciative of this.
My only complaint was that the car was supplied with the incorrect parcel shelf but I shall be collecting a correct one this weekend.
