“Poor customer service ”

I own a Nissan Juke, I paid for the car out right and from then on suffered with endless problems, one of which was the turbo which had to be replaced 2 weeks after buying the car. These things of course can happen but it's the way in which the problems have been dealt with. I took my car to be fixed as it had a red enine light showing. Told it was the n02 injector so they replaced it to find only travelled a mile for the light to be back up.Phoned straight away just incase we had to go back to be told by service adviser that they must have forgotten to switch the light off as it's fixed, so safe to drive home (66 miles) and comeback in the morning. “Avoid at all cost!”

From the very beginning, my experience with this garage was somewhat poor. Firstly, my car has been recovered to this Nissan garage, Pennywell, Bristol as the car was a non-starer. The garage doesn't offer a recovery service nor does it recommend one that you can use. This has been done independently. “Wessex refuse to honour Dacia Vouchers”

I made an appointment for changing tyres on my car by Phone with a person - Contact Centre Supervisor @ Wessex, Newport. Later I send them the details of the tyre size etc in an email. “Avoid ”

I was thinking of changing my 64 plate juke acenta premium with 15k on the clock. Nissan service history by wessex only to be told that the vehicle was worth 8.5k. Trade sales offer more than that. This was on an 18k car. The annoying thing was the same model with double the mileage was on sale for 11.5k. We all have to make money but this is greed. “Shocking Customer Service”

We have called Kia Gloucester on 7 separate occasions over the last 3 weeks too book in our car for service, left numerous messages for someone to call us back & not a single person has bothered. Cardiff Wessex garage - Great service when your buying a car from them but take all of their sales blarney with a pinch of salt. Very different service when things go wrong with your car. Despite their multiple checks they are still able to sell you a dud car and when car proves to be a dud be prepared to find out that the warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. Ahhh, I remember when I was you. We had great sales service too. Not so great when it comes to after sales though and make sure you don't go over on your service date or your warranty will be null and void (they don't tell you this). Also if they offered you free MOTs it will be up to you to prove this to them so make sure you keep the plastic card. And don't expect any warranty to actually pay for anything because everything will be wear and tear and that lovely used car you've purchased that they do their 98 point checks on, just hope it doesn't turn our to be a dud like our car was, because you'll have no help from Nissan Wessex Garage - awful company - which is a shame because I actually like the car.

This must be one of the worst experiences of buying a car ever. I went to the Newport branch to buy an I10. The salesman was only interested in my part ex and spent 1 hr valuing it before taking me to the I10s. I was then allowed to sit in an I10. I asked for a test drive to be told come and sort out a deal first in the office. I said I can't do a deal until I know if I like the car. We ha a similar situation in Kia Bristol.2 hour hard sell. We gave a £400 deposit on a car , which wasn,t delivered after 10 days. We were promised two delivery dates that were not kept and a sales person who rang at 7.30 in the morning and while we were abroad on holiday.! Too much hassle so we cancelled and now we are refused our money ..... reason being .....the manager thought it was reasonable to contact us when we were on holiday.
BEWARE - they don,t tell you but any deposits paid are not refundable unless you put details in writing.

Shame on you KIA you have a poor uncaring sales dept.

I wouldn't even give them a star!! Have bought a 2nd hand car 5yrs old, low mileage, full service, checked blah blah! Car is in for 2nd tine in 2.5wks the first fault fixed the 2nd fault appeared 30miles later, 3 days later !! Have asked for money back as the car has used a full tank of oil in 2wks, there is no power etc they won't return my money they want to keep on fixing the car!! Under the sales of goods act the dealer has to sort out any major issues for the first six months. However if you have had the car for less than a month you can ask for you money back if you stop using the car.

I would suggest getting some legal advice but the law is on your side!
