Bought my car from the Newport branch ... Was very excited to collect it but I've had nothing but trouble since having it! Paid extra for the extended warranty which has turned out to be not worth the paper it's written on! Bought from a dealer to avoid purchasing a dodgy car - what a joke! “a joke!”

I wouldn't even give them a star!! Have bought a 2nd hand car 5yrs old, low mileage, full service, checked blah blah! Car is in for 2nd tine in 2.5wks the first fault fixed the 2nd fault appeared 30miles later, 3 days later !! Have asked for money back as the car has used a full tank of oil in 2wks, there is no power etc they won't return my money they want to keep on fixing the car!! Under the sales of goods act the dealer has to sort out any major issues for the first six months. However if you have had the car for less than a month you can ask for you money back if you stop using the car.

I would suggest getting some legal advice but the law is on your side!

“£700 extended warranty "for peace of mind". A bad joke. ”

Buy car from Wessex Garages. Take out an extended warranty with them for £700. Halfway into the warranty period, the car develops a problem with starting in the morning. Take car to Wessex to have the problem sorted - it's under warranty right? BUT - Wessex can't find the problem on their diagnostic machine, so can't fix it (as they can't do a thing without the ****** machine) and, to add insult to injury, want to charge you for "diagnostics" . “Bad rude manager”

I put a deposit on a car but when I told the salesman I didn't want there finance the price of the car went up,so much for there free insurances .after a confrontation they agreed to pay my deposit back I have phoned them many times and every time yes it will be in your bank on thur fri but no money there accounts department are just as bad,I have now had to go to the bank and file a claim to try and get my money back.still on going… Read Full Review
