“Shocking Customer Service”

We have called Kia Gloucester on 7 separate occasions over the last 3 weeks too book in our car for service, left numerous messages for someone to call us back & not a single person has bothered.

Also left messages on their Facebook page & called Head Office yet still nothing heard from them, happy enough to take our money when they Sold us the car, truly appalling customer service, shall now be purchasing out new car from elsewhere
