I found the whole process easy and relaxed. No pressure was applied to reduce the price offered via the website, other than for genuine issues (few minor dents and stone chips).

Despite this price offered was a little low, but after suggesting a higher price, an agreement was quickly reached. As with all things in life be prepared to ask for more if you think it is worth more.

The price indicated on the website, is just that an indication of the possible value of your car. Nobody can be that accurate until they see the car. If you go expecting there to be a downward marking then you will not be surprised.

The staff were pleasant and the environment friendly. Overall a very quick and easy way to sell your car. I would recommend to friends and family.
