I received very considerate, courteous customer service from the representative at the branch I went to. I think it's important to realise that you're not going to get as much for your car as you would probably want, and not to be too disappointed at the nett figure you receive from the early original quote you will get online. This is based on the value of the car for its age etc. The crucial quote is the revised one after you've entered all the damage. Even then, this is unlikely to be the final amount you receive because, following vehicle inspection on site, there are bound to be other flaws you haven't mentioned or missed that then need adding into the equation.
Basically, it's a quick, hassle-free way of disposing of your unwanted car and to a degree I think you have to write off some of the value accordingly as otherwise wbac.com would not be making anything on it at all. I was very impressed with the representative I saw who was sensitive, polite and courteous and who made the whole transaction very much better as a result.
