Firstly, the website is really easy to use - no complaints there. I received one quote in early October; a week later this had dropped a couple of thousand pounds. One week on I received a mail to say the price for my car had increased and to submit again - £200 up. In the end I managed to part-exchange my car for about £3000 more than the webuyanycar quote. Have been skeptical in the past when I've heard from other people that they have had ridiculous quotes from this company compared to their part-exchange offer, and now I know it to be true.
