We turned up without an appointment on a day the member of staff was not only busy helping other customers but also when he had struggled to get into the building due to a fault with the door, that said he immediacy acknowledged us and offered a couple of alternatives, to stay or he would see us at a fixed time, whichever we choose. We returned a couple of hours later and to say we were impressed would be a understatement, the system was explained in a very professional manner and in no way patronising, we thought the review of our car was fair and the price acceptable, regardless of the price I would recommend using the company for making the whole experience pass so well, the member of staff was a total credit to the company
