I have recently seen this company featured on Watchdog and am appalled that there are some really dishonest motor traders out there. Safety is of paramount importance when it comes to buying cars! Bit worried as I purchased my Audi Cab from these guys!!! Took £600 pound of the asking price by pushing them and so far apart from a couple of small issues it's ok!!! Just saw these guys on BBC Rouge Traders. Be aware, they have changed their names to "Unique Cars". Same address, same telephone number, same guys...... but they're trying to avoid all the bad publicity and still rip people. They were even prosecuted under the name "Unique Cars" before they changed to "United Motors", and now they've changed back again. Went to look at a car here a few weeks ago and they didn't even know of it despite it being on Autotrader!? Add to that their recent appearance on Watchdog and they proved how pathetic they are, I'm sorry but how cowardly can you be. If I was related to them I would be ashamed of myself. Please note, they have now changed their names and are trading as "Unique Cars". Same telephone, same address, same guys.
Would suggest reporting them again to Rogue Traders, as well as flag them up to Autotrader. Would also suggest writing reviews on their new alias, so they don't get away doing the same thing, just under another name.

I saw an advert of a Civic 05 silver, called united motors and told them i am coming to see. They told me yes we have it and we can make a deal on it. I drove from East London to west London (20 miles) I reached there, they were really rude and arrogant. I spent half an hour to see the car which was not there at all. but they were saying wait a minute. after half an hour they gave me another address 10 minute drive where the car is. Went to see the cars they had, they were very pushy from the start even though we were only there to browse. They kept on saying they'll "look after us" when we didn't need looking after! I went to them from east Londn to West London driving almost 1 hour to reach there only to know that the Civic I went for was not even there... Although i saw the advert on autotrader and called them before going.
Worst is that they send me to another place some 10 minutes drive. Even it was not there.
So they are inhumane and dodgy and don't care who comes a long way or not?
I will avoid Southall area almost.

Phoned about a car they are advertising. They refused to give me any details over the phone so I could do a vehicle check. Would not give me registration number of MOT cert. number. Very strange! I went down with my friend who wanted to buy his first car from these people. Unfortunately, we didn't check the reviews before deciding to go down there as is the case with many people who have been conned by these rogue sellers. I guess there are 3 or 4 sales agents (I guess its a family run business) who will make sure that a customer will never walk out without purchasing a car from them. I do not recommend this dealership. The car we went to see was already sold upon arrival. We saw a few cars and the staff behaved properly during the sale. However, they did not delivery what they promised. They promised the car would have a year MOT and it did not. The car failed the MOT and they refused to pay for it. There was also a problem with the keys. Customer service was non-existent. Had several arguments and they even resorted to threats. Overall, it was a very bad experience (read more)

Hi -We bought a car from them and have found them to be incredibly aggressive. They try offensive and insulting tactics to discourage you from challenging them. We would like to be able to document the contact we have had with them. They will not provide us with an email and you mention that you had emailed them a couple of times-we'd prefer email to registered mail-Can you post their email address?

The cars they advertise are no of the same description infact evn the pictures and registration do not match! Viewed on site and they are rude young back street boys mileage of the car is not genuine more like times by 3 that's what the condition of the cars show clearly. I called up to check some details about the car I saw on autotrader website. The guy was very rude and had no patience. He told me to see the advert as all details are there or if I needed anything further I had to come down personally and hung up. The advert seemed dodgy as the DVLA check of reg plate in photo does not match with the car they have described. Won’t recommend them to anyone

Vey rude young back street boys with dodgy cars ... Went to see one and the pictures advertised were not of the same car! The car in the pictures had more features including sat nav and gear shift steering wheel... And the condition was like new in pictures! Went to see it after traveling over 170 miles only to see a car with alot of marks, dints , scratches, stone chips no sat nav inbuilt and rough leather! The mileage was definately not genuine that's for sure ! Avoid these impatient rude individuals

Was looking at a 5 series, even test drove it. The price wasn't quite right as far as I was concerned. Test drove it. Felt OK.
Went away to think and had decided that subject to a few questions I would buy the car.
Called them just now as after my visit i'd noticed the car had a crunch which wasn't visible on the images. The 525 badge was also missing on the actual car.
As any buyer would, before i committed, I wanted to know the story of the crunch. At this point i was decided on buying the car!
I asked the question, and was very rudely answered "either you want the car or not" "youv've seen the car, forget about the pictures" etc..
When i said he had an attitude, and asked why he couldnt answer the simple questions, I was hit with a tirade of abuse threats against me "if i ever see you again, etc etc this lasted about 5 minutes.
I called back to complain about the way I was spoken to, and the second person gave me similar abuse..."we know your face" etc.
I genuinely feel lucky i didnt buy a car from them as afterwards I checked the net and found bad review after bad review.
This company have been prosecuted for clocked cars in the past AVOID!!!!!!!
