I have recently purchased a mini from this dealer and I couldn't be more happy! I had seen reviews on this site which made me nearly not bother going, however they had such a large selection of cars, I thought I would go and look. I am so pleased I did! Please ignore all negative reviews and go with an open mind! I can't comment on the other salesmen but I dealt with Russell who couldn't be more helpful. He explained to me how they work, explained the warranty with their care package and at no point did I feel under pressure. The mini I brought had some minor marks and scuffed alloys which Russell agreed to get done within that package. I collected my new car with all said jobs done and drove away a very happy customer. Also, whilst I was their I noticed they must have had over 25 sold cars, so they must be doing something right! I will 100% recommend this dealer, go and see Russell.
