stay clear the worst place ever

What am awful experience and a truly awful place. Please do not be fooled by the cars they show online....as the real cars are in terrible conditions. We travelled a long way to see a car that looked good and placed a deposit. When we got there we were told to wait as they double booked. After a wait a women brought the car around. It was in terrible condition and with lots of marks dents and was filthy inside. Also we pointed out the tyres were thread bare and they tried to tell us no these were fine but they totally were not. The staff were very very rude and lacked any care and knowledge. We went away and did a car check and found out there was still finance outstanding on the car !!! I can't believe that they are trying to sell a car that has finance outstanding on it. The whole experience was a nightmare and my husband had to fight hard to get his deposit back. Trading standards will be getting a complaint about this company to avoid any others getting ripped off.
