I recently took delivery of a new Ford Focus. As other reviewers have said I too was a little apprehensive buying a new car online. However the whole thing went smoothly from start to finish. Luke Whitecross was superb in all respects and the communication was excellent throughout. My car took ten weeks from order to delivery and arrived exactly when they said it would. They gave me a couple of weeks to sell my existing car on autotrader. So I got a good price for my old car and a good price for the new one.

Hence I have no hesitation in recommending this way of buying a new car with Nationwide!
