Excellent Service at MotoTom!

I bought a KIA Sedona (2007 model) in July from these great guys in excellent condition with little mileage for its age. I was first met by D who was excellent with his time and customer service from pre-sales, during the purchase and (especially!) afterwards. D allowed me to take the car for a nice drive and I was won over with this manual version and his excellent service! I had seen a car later that day but its quality and the customer service wasn't a match! A week later, I discovered (after getting it checked) that the compressor was totally gone. To 'MotoTom's huge credit, they were on the case straight away. I was dealing with B at the time (over the phone) and he really helped. He also very kindly ignored my out of place and unwanted emotional reaction! It became clear to me that the compressor problem was naturally missed because it doesn't even come up on a MOT check-list! This was not their fault! It took a bit of time for the part to return and D was following it up for me at all times and I even drove up one afternoon and finally met the owner T who kindly got on the phone in front of me on loud speaker to his contact at AP. It was eventually returned to MotoTom and the A/C. has been working superbly since and the car is a great drive! Two long road trips so far, one yesterday (23rd August!) T very kindly offered (himself) to return some of the money I'd paid to get the A/C checked. Excellent dealers overall and fixed a potential huge problem excellently! A special mention to D … a great guy! B and T also really helped! I would definitely recommend these folks! Finally, I have been very, very busy recently so only got the time to write this up now!
