Put my details online had a offer which I excepted, The following day a nice guy turned up. He agreed the vehicle was very nice however offered me £1000 less than the quote I had online. Told him no thanks. Would it not be more practical to say that on the phone before my time was wasted having a morning of work ? I wouldn't bother with these try the big boys in the market at least you know that the price you get will be real. (read more)

I submitted details about my car and valuation arrived within few hours. I'm not sure what they did but they sent me details of a completely different car hence valuation was less than a half of one would expect. Well I gave it a shot but never again. (read more)
