The customer service at this branch is awful, for a week now i have been constantly calling them regarding an update about a new vehicle, every time promised a call back and got nothing these include the so called managers. i was reluctant to return this time to purchase a vehicle due to the service i received 2 years ago, but my wife talked me round to give them a second chance and again they are full of false promises. i have now decided to cancel the vehicle and demand my deposit money back as its very clear they are just to busy to actually sell a car to anyone. The sales person who appear to live in the clouds as she hasn't a clue what she is doing.
