Like a number of previous reviewers, I was a little nervous about ordering a new car over the 'phone through Car Select. However, I soon came to realise that nearly all the negative reviews came from customers who were buying used cars and, perhaps, their expectations were a little inflated.

I ordered a new edition Hyundai i30 on 22 June 2012 and it was delivered to my door on 13 July 2012. Apart from one minor hiccup regarding car registration, the whole process went very smoothly and I was constantly kept in touch regarding the progress of my order. The car arrived on the back of a transporter, the driver explained the basics and I was ready to go.

With a lovely new car at about £2,500 less than the showroom price I am very happy with the way things went and would recommend this method of purchasing.
