“Poor service and inaccurate information”

I purchased my car from Gravelwood via Internet & Phone. They offered to deliver car to me on payment of £500 deposit as they had another car to pick up nearby. I was promised 1) Car would be serviced according to manufacturers schedule (which wass fixed mileage baed) 2) Tyres had 4mm tread left 3) Guarantee would be included. On arrival there was no record of service having been carried out and a phone call to the office I was told that it had been done, but the book not stamped. I... (read more)
