I had researched many cars before going to the Fort car centre - I knew exactly what I wanted! I had contacted the salesman prior and he arranged a time to meet with him. He was very helpful and answered all of my (many!) questions! We agreed on a very fair deal and they sorted the paperwork promptly. When I collected my car there were a couple of problems but they went out of their way to rectify them and even more, allowed me to use a garage closer to where I lived for my convenience. I cannot fault their customer service pre and post buying the car! Would definitely recommend and use again. They have a range of great cars at fair and competitive prices.
