I contacted theses people to inquire about a used renault Megan when somebody eventually decided to call me back nearly a day later I asked them details on the car only for them to tel me that they had to check the stock on this car & would call me back in 20 minutes only they didn't. I then called then back & asked a member of staff that the person that was supposed to have called me back never did & they told me that that particular person had gone home. I then let them know that I wasn't happy about the fact that I never got a call back when I was clearly told that I would receive one only for the person I was talking to to hang up on me. Disgraceful attitude. Theses people strike me as being very unprofessional, amateurish & just in it for the money without a care for the customer.
