Took my car in at 8.15 as requested went to pick it up at 3 and it hasnt even been looked at despite telling them i need it by then at the latest
Staff appearing to be wondering around aimlessly to the coffee machine and back..... one told me that they have been quiet all week and its the call centres fault for booking to many cars in on a Friday..wont be booking a friday appointment again
