I travelled over from N Ireland to collect a BMW 640d .I have to say the service and welcome I recieved from everyone in DACE motors was excellent. Obviously Before I travelled I had to be 99% sure it was the car I wanted .I asked the guys for lots of information about the car in advance and they provided me with everything i needed in advance .I was delighted when I arrived the car was exactly what I had expected .No surprises .I will certainly be recommending DACE cars to my friends and colleagues in future .

The CD button part has been broken when I bought the car two days.The saler promised they would repaired it for me. I went back multiple times and they said I have to wait until they get a new part.after one month they refused me repair the part ,terrible attitude. this dealer is not reliable car dealar

I was recommended by my brother, as he had previously purchase a car for his wife from Dace. I saw a car on their website, there was no hard sell to make me feel pressurised. Nothing was too much trouble. We sat and did a comparison on different car types to make sure I was buying the right for me. I took the car a test drive and the car was mine. I saw the service history and all the documents for the card It has to be the most smoothest, honest and hassle free purchase of any car I have bought. I also received a courtesy call a week after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my buy. Nice to deal from start to finish with the same person. When my car is ready for exchanging in a few years time, I will be definitely returning to Dace.

Found a great little Fiat Panda Trekking at Dace, not a common car but they had just the spec I was after. Very easy company to deal with, even though I had a part-ex I was driving off in the new car in just over an hour. The staff are a very friendly bunch and the stock is very nice - high quality, well prepared and honestly described. The only problem is getting out of their forecourt if you’re heading to the motorway. Hint - turn left and circle back round!

Totally happy with my experience with Dace car specialists during buying and after made us very welcome. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Car was very clean and tidy in and out.

The experience at Dace Specialist Car Centre was good because everyone was very friendly. The sales rep went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car before purchase.the whole attitude of all the staff was welcoming and friendly. I was allowed to make my own decision without being pushed.i would certainly recommend Dace .

purchased a rr sport from the guys at dace. perfect salesmanship - left alone to browse but right on hand if you needed anything. the way it should be. collected the car but had a warning light on the way home. spoke to the sales guy who had the car back into them for a repair. provided a courtesy car which was a life saver. the car was rectified over a few days as they had to order the part in. constantly updated as to the situation throughout. later opening allowed me to collect the car after work can't speak any highly of the staff and service your receive. worth a visit, trust me, you won't regret it!

The sales chap was super and went out of his way. Well impressed with the Car showroom, very friendly service and excellent choice of cars. The Mercedes was exactly what I needed and the service history is brilliant. Even had a call to see how I was doing after the sales. Just can’t fault them. This is such a better option than buying private and the Warrenty gives me piece of mind. Thanks

I bought a used Jaguar XJ from Dace Specialist in June. In the first few days after purchase several faults with the car became apparent which it is clear to me, given the very short timescale, were present at the point of sale. At least one of those faults was highlighted to Dace before purchase but had not been fixed properly. Although I believe they are obliged by law to fix these issues, Dace have in my opinion been less than helpful in their response so far, refusing to pay for some of the repairs and insisting on supplying second hand, reconditioned parts to fix others rather than new. They also expect me to pay an independent garage to diagnose the cause of the faults before they can be fixed! I was initially reassured by Dace’s Trading Standards Approved claim but so far I have been unimpressed with their aftersales service. In the interests of fairness I will revise this review if that situation changes.

I highly recommend Dace Specialist Car Centre! Staff were very friendly and understanding, they waited for me long past closure time on Sunday as i was driving from far! My car was immaculately prepped; service was calm and not rushed at all; and purchase process was very simple! Really enjoyed buying from Dace and highly recommend them!

Dace Specialist Car Centre staff were good because of their professionalism. The salesman wasn't pushy and let me look at the car at my own pace, answered all my questions. The salesman sorted out my 5 day insurance and tax and also had my private plates made at no extra cost. The car was prepped and ready to go when I arrived. I found that the cars are genuinely priced checked and are at very competitive price. I research the car model before arriving at Dace, we also went through the internet whilst at Dace with the salesman who had nothing to hide. I am altogether real happy with the overall service and the vehicle I received at Dace.

Great service, no pressure honest salespersons who met every expectation. Car was immaculately prepared and still performs perfectly to date. I have left my original Autotrader search running and still not come across an equivalent spec car at the price.

I can fully recommend Dace Specialist Car Centre to anyone seeking a professional experience when buying a used car. Because I have always been fortunate to deal with main dealers for my personal and company new cars over the years, due to a change in circumstance, it was daunting to move to a second hand car dealer, however right from the initial greeting this dealership has delivered the same experience as a marque of distinction dealership, which was excellent and very reassuring. The customer care from our initial coffee whilst we looked at the excellent selection of vehicles, without any pressure, through to being collected from the train station by the salesman on the day of collecting our X5, to every effort being made to ensure we are completely happy with the vehicle 7 days after... has been superb. The after sales service meets the standards of my past experiences with Audi and Mercedes main dealers! I can fully recommend Dace as a dealership and despite the distance we have to travel to the dealer we will definitely be looking here first for our future cars.

I know nothing about cars. I hate buying them, find it stressful. Went to Dace, they leave you alone until you ask for help. They are straightforward. There was a small undetectable problem with the car a few days after purchase. Sorted free of charge, with a smile. Can't really ask for more can you?

I bought a Honda CRV from Dace Xchange last May and was impressed by their pre sale professionalism.They gave me accurate information about the car's history MOT's and mileage.They also replaced front discs and shock absorbers as part of the deal.I was very pleased with the work done,how the car was presented for sale and with the very competitive price. Unfortunately the car display indicated a engine warning light within a week of me owning it.This was very worrying but as the fault was intermittent DaceXchange would not have known about it prior to the sale I contacted Dace Xchange straight away and from the outset they put my mind at rest by reassuring me that they would fix the problem and at their expense. I did have to leave the car with two different garages suggested by DaceXchange. The first failed to identify the root of the problem, which turned out to be a faulty solenoid.However,the second garage, which had Honda specialist mechanics, traced it straight away and replaced the faulty unit there and then. I have since been driving the car for five months and 4000 miles and it has been perfect in every way.I love it. I would like to thank the DaceXchange team for a great car and even better after service.Based on my experience I would without hesitation recommend them to family and friends looking for a quality used car.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent purchase from dace specialist car centre albeit not an entirely positive one, we take on-board all feedback provided to ensure that we can move forward and keep on improving so that we can avoid these issues in the future.
As much as we do try our best to ensure that the preparation we do on all our vehicles is to the highest standard we can taking in to consideration a vehicles age and current mileage, we do understand that we can sometimes make mistakes.
