Very Good Experience!

I was in the market for a BMW and found this one on Auto trader. I was greeted b Spencer who was very friendly and not pushy at all. I put a deposit on the car and picked it up two days later.

When I arrived the process was very smooth, I was fully explained what I had to do in regards to part-exing my car and then was given the keys and on my way.

There are a few things that could be improved.

A little heater pointed towards towards the customer might be a good idea because inside the dealership was freezing, But that's what you get for buying cars in winter.

I noticed that the cars tracking is slightly out it drives to the left a bit that's slightly annoying.

On the second day I had the car I set off from the house and within 100ft I heard a grind from the engine and the Engine Management light came on so I turned straight around and phoned the dealership and was told to bring it in.

When I arrived I was greeted by Spencer who told me that they had pre arranged for it to be seen at a local garage who ran a diagnostic on it. They said that there was nothing wrong with it but if it happens again to take it back straight away.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and how I was treated, The customer service was excellent and would buy off them again.

The only bad thing is that the tracking is slightly out and it becomes slightly irritating but will be sorted.
