Where do I start?

Please seek additional reviews on other review sites as there are clear patterns in the history of sales and the negative experiences many customers face. In my experience if you have any issues with this company and feel you are being told lies, mislead, or have proof you have been sold a faulty car go directly to Trading Standards/ Private legal advisors rather than endlessly deal with the unprofessional knowledge and attitudes of some of the sales team. If you do buy a car, I would personally advise to get an qualified third party to come and inspect the car before purchase as there may be hidden faults, unsatisfactory conditions you are not made aware of. When taking out a warranty there are many additional features that can be added/removed and the garage may not inform you of this and remove optional extra cover for certain vital parts of vehicles.

To the people who have been made to feel they have no stance against this company over the phone/email, go to the garage in person as they will fail to intimidate you face to face.
