Went to look at a Vauxhall Mokka at Carbase in Bristol, car looked good all seamed well although I wasn't offered a test drive but it's an RAC approved garage so I wasn't too concerned. Paid a £250 deposit and arranged to pay the outstanding balance a few days later when I picked it up. When I got there I was forced to wait around 30 minutes before I went searching for someone. A man eventually arrived with card payment machine who tried to insist on taking payment first. I told him I am not paying anything until I have seen a log book and MOT certificate and two keys. He eventually comes back with one key. He then told me he could get another key but wanted me to pay extra for it, so I told him I wanted my deposit back but guess what, apparently it's non refundable.
