The only reason I go to the car shop for my cars is simply the price. We always get a good value car. However, customer service and all the rest is appaling, last time and this time. We were in the car shop 3-4 hours today to buy our car. We told them we can only do it today if it's done quick as my partner had a 4 hour journey to work that evening.they said no problem at all but the process took so long! When we were finally complete it was too late as we couldn't tax the car as the post office was shut. I can't now use it to get to work. Your paying them all that money.. You'd think they would have the courtesy to tax the car! The salesman are all pushy and full of rubbish and meaningless compliments which you know are lies but they clearly think your idiots. They follow you around and won't take no for an answer when you say you don't need help. It got to the point where I ignored the salesman and walked off as I just wanted to look around and discuss with my partner. When we went to browse last month we said we're just looking and the women was lovely and accepted that And just offered help if we needed it and left us be. Sone people don't get the message. Awful sleezy Staff except 1 or 2 ( women might I add). Oh and the hilarious thing is you pay a £99 admin fee for buying a car off them and that's going towards there awful Staff who are paid to push sales and annoy you! Also, it takes so long!!
