Its nice to do business face to face, but be very careful, they have selected memory and you have no come back.
My advice, take a recorder with you to tape everything.
They will promise you everything, full service, original parts new this and that.
When it comes to it they can not remember any of it, then ask the customer for proof.
Very disappointed with the store managers attitude. which is Car shop is always right, customers what do they know and again she will ask for written proof.
So remember take a recorder and tape everything.
