My wife was looking for a replacement car, and after chatting to the guys at Calcot Cars on the telephone, they assured her that the car she had seen only by pictures on their website was the one for her. “Better than a main dealer”

I usually buy a different car every year. Sometimes it's something fun, sometimes it's something cheap and practical - it just depends on what I need at any particular time. This year I bought a fairly cheap, high mileage Audi A6 estate from Calcot Cars and the service I've received has been exceptional. I first saw the car advertised in Autotrader at the end of December last year and it sounded too good to be true. Where else could you find a Mercedes with less than 11,000 miles on the clock for under £10,000? I emailed Ian and said I could be interested in the car and when could I see it. I can't recommend Ian and his company enough, I am largely sceptical about used car dealers and Ian and his team have completely changed my mind. Now I am extremely picky, know what I want and also work in a service industry, so am not easily impressed. I wanted a specific model and specification of Mercedes that meant I was looking for a 13 year old or older car. I travelled 200 miles from Manchester without seeing the car and was a little apprehensive but there was no need as Ian and Russ where a pleasure to deal with.
